Fight those winter blues with this incredible bowl of yummy goodness!
1 cup Mango/ Blueberries (or both)
1 cup Frozen Spinach/Kale
1 teaspoon Hemp seeds
1 tablespoon Nut Butter (I use peanut)
1 Frozen Banana
optional: 1 teaspoon of raw cacao or protein powder or spirulina
Top your smoothie bowl with whatever your feeling or wherever your artistic creativity takes you! I used: strawberries, blueberries, almonds, chia and pumpkin seeds.
I tend to use this recipe as a base model and depending on the day play around with different combinations. Sometimes I add oats, sub spinach for kale or if I have some squishy berries that need using I will just throw them into the smoothie too!
